Before You Hand Over the USB Drive

Use a clean print folder

Create one clearly named folder for the files the print shop needs. Do not leave drafts, source files, ID scans, contracts, or unrelated client folders beside it.

Do not rely on hidden folders

Hidden folders can be revealed quickly. They may also appear in search tools, recent file lists, thumbnail caches, or file dialogs.

Use a separate USB drive when possible
